1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

• "wild88," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to wild88 and its affiliated entities operating the website accessible at https://wild88.best.
• "User," "Member," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, browses, or uses any service or feature made available through the wild88 platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Member to access wild88 services.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and accumulated winnings held in a Member's wild88 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive granted to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet amount a Member must place before Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, financial, and support services offered by wild88 through its platform.
• "Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all financial transactions on wild88 are conducted.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone used for all business operations, customer service hours, and processing deadlines.

2. Eligibility

To register and use wild88 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, or close family member of any employee of wild88 or its affiliated partners;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by wild88 for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not participating in any scheme intended to defraud, exploit bonuses, or manipulate the platform in any manner.

wild88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated Balance.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) active Account on wild88. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP or Passport), date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number registered in Indonesia. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. wild88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, Members must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, Passport, or SIM) and a recent proof of address (bank statement or utility bill issued within the past 3 months). wild88 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended pending resolution.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: wild88 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit per single transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. wild88 does not accept deposits from third parties.

Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to the Member's Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. wild88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: Members may request withdrawals to their registered Indonesian bank account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 100,000,000
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 1 hour during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Off-peak requests are processed the following business morning.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. wild88 does not guarantee specific processing times due to potential delays caused by third-party financial institutions. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review. wild88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal and to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud or account irregularities are suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

wild88 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, or other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Each promotion is available only to eligible Members for the duration and under the conditions stated in the specific promotion's terms;
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless platform rules specify otherwise;
• wild88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or multi-accounting will be forfeited and may result in account suspension;
• wild88 at its sole discretion may determine whether a Member has violated the spirit of a promotion even if the precise letter of the bonus terms was technically followed;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses expire within 30 days of issue unless otherwise stated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on wild88 are governed by the respective rules of each game as published within the platform interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting: All sports bets including bandar bola (football bookmaking), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and live in-play betting are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian domestic football, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, etc.). In the event of a disputed result, wild88's decision is final pending resolution by the governing body.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are hosted in real-time by licensed studio operators. Technical failures mid-round will be handled as follows: if the outcome was not yet determined at the time of the failure, the bet will be voided and stakes returned. If the outcome was determined, the result stands.

Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Published RTP percentages represent statistical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in individual sessions.

Void Bets: wild88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, resulting from a technical malfunction, based on incorrect odds, or placed in breach of these Terms. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Member's Account.

Maximum Payout: wild88 reserves the right to set maximum single-session or single-event payout limits. Winnings in excess of platform maximums may be paid in installments at wild88's discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

wild88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gambling environment for all Members. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible through your Account Settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum you are willing to lose within a given period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after playing for a set duration and be automatically logged out;
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic notifications showing elapsed play time and session spend;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the elected period expires.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wild88 platform including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, game interfaces, and trade names is the exclusive property of wild88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without express written authorization;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any platform software;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or scraping software to interact with the platform.

Any unauthorized use of wild88 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wild88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any wagers placed or game outcomes experienced on the platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers, payment processors, or telecommunications infrastructure;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any losses resulting from reliance on information published on the platform, including promotional materials, odds, or game statistics.

wild88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wild88 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Member's Account at any time. Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

wild88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any Balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Multi-accounting or systematic bonus abuse;
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other Members or platform employees;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward support staff or other Members;
• Any action that wild88 reasonably determines to compromise the integrity, fairness, or security of the platform.

wild88 will endeavor to notify the affected Member of account suspension or termination where legally permissible and operationally appropriate, but is under no obligation to do so where fraud or criminal activity is suspected.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law applicable to online gaming platforms. wild88 operates under international licensing and adheres to the standards required by its licensing jurisdiction for the fair, secure, and transparent provision of online gaming services.

In the event of a dispute between wild88 and a Member, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Member should first contact wild88 customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. wild88 will investigate and respond within 10 business days;
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution is unsatisfactory, the Member may escalate the complaint in writing to the wild88 compliance team. A formal written response will be issued within 20 business days;
3. Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through the above process may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits wild88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

12. Amendments to These Terms

wild88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, wild88 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the wild88 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 10 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. wild88 recommends checking this page at least once per month, particularly before making significant deposits or engaging with new promotional offers.
